An educational 4-week program for people who have mild memory loss is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia, and a primary care partner. Learn coping skills, enhance family communication, and have some guidance toward developing future plans.
An interview is required prior to acceptance to this free program. Please contact our Outreach Specialists, Noreen or Jeff to participate in these virtual sessions.
