At the Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin, our staff of trained Dementia Outreach Specialists provides focused support, insight, education, and caregiver assistance funding. The Dementia Outreach team remains with families throughout their journey with dementia, meeting their individual and changing needs as the disease progresses.
