What is Crossing Bridges?

Crossing Bridges is an educational discussion group for people:

  • Who have mild memory loss
  • Who are in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease
  • Who are in the early stages of a related dementia
  • Who have a primary care partner

Crossing Bridges can help people learn coping skills, enhance their family communication, and have guidance toward developing future plans. The objective is to promote a fulfilled life while living with cognitive change.

How do I participate?

Pre-registration and an informational interview required prior to attending.
